Shipping & Cancellation Policy

Order and Shipment Process:

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

Packaging Process:

We package our products in boxes or shipping pouches depending upon the nature of the items in the order. The products are packaged in bubble wrapped if the item(s) are fragile to ensure safe and secured shipment. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. Till date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged products due to our packaging.

Dispatch and Delivery:
  • After your payment is verified and order is confirmed we try to dispatch your orders as earlier as possible
  • Usually we will be dispatching your orders in 2-3 working days and delivery takes up to 2-10 working days from the date of dispatch. (This does not include weekends or other holidays.)
  • Shipping will be done via India Post Parcel Service for pan India delivery and ST Courier service for shipping within Tamilnadu as default.
  • We also have partnership with Amazon delivery services, Delhivery, Xpressbee, DTDC and much more. Incase, if you need to ship your orders via any of these private courier, Kindly contact us via whatsapp. (Additional shipping cost will be charged for private couriers.)
  • Cancellation Policy:
  • If you wish to cancel an order before it is processed or shipped, please contact our customer support at the earliest. In case we are not available on chat or call and unable to receive your cancellation request. we won’t be able to process the cancellation.
  • If the order has already been shipped and incase due to some unavoidable reason you are not able to receive the order for some reason from your side, we won’t be able to refund too and fro shipping cost, packing and other transactional charges for payment gateway .
  • Terms for pricing Error :

    When a pricing error occurs on our website, it is often considered to be an unintentional mistake made by the company.

    Cancellation Rights:

    Witty Pops has the right to cancel an order if there is a pricing error on the website.

  • Notification: If a customer places an order with an incorrect price due to a pricing error, we may contact the customer to inform them about the error and provide the correct price. There are two options , either proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the cancel the products with pricing error without any penalty.
  • Refunds: If the customer decides to cancel the order due to the pricing error, the company will typically issue a full refund only for the particular item with pricing error to the customer’s original payment method. We will ship the rest of the items, and we wont issue any refund for correctly priced product.
  • Legal Disclaimer: Companies may also have a legal disclaimer on their website, stating that they reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of a pricing error and that customers have no claim against the company for the cancellation of such orders.
